Concept for a casual Thai Restaurant in Santa Barbara, CA. Sabai drew inspiration from Thailand's fishing community playing with shapes from wooded fishing boats and an aquarium featuring fish from Southeast Asia. It's signature feature is its Budda Wall. An upscale homage to the small figures found in many thai restaurants, Sabai's Budda Wall features Budda sculptures from across the region and places each in its own box filling the main wall with them.
