Dedicated long-distance bike-riders rarely carry every part they may need on longer rides. The aim of Bike-Aid is to provide on-demand parts and service for the bike rider in need. The service people carry provided parts and tool kits in their cars or at their homes or at work. When a rider requests service, the service person will be paid a fee for delivery as well as the cost of parts and service.
